  • Subscription Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our service and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Working Service: If the service does not work at all due to our fault (e.g., server downtime or activation failure), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate or Unauthorized Purchase: If you were mistakenly charged twice or did not authorize the purchase, contact us immediately for a refund.

 How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number, transaction details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days, depending on your payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused period of an active subscription.
